Therapy That Sees All of You, As You Are.
Anxiety | Shame | Identity | Relationships | Illness | Queer+
Hi, I’m Sydney
Many of my clients are self-aware, reflective, and used to figuring things out on their own, yet still find themselves caught in anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or obsessive loops that insight alone hasn’t shifted.
I work virtually with adults across Virginia and Michigan, offering a space where every part of you is met with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to provide supportive, authentic, and empowering care where you can feel understood while building real change.
My work is especially focused on anxiety, identity, attachment, and relationships, with a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those navigating self-worth, boundaries, and intimacy. I blend relational and attachment-focused work with IFS-informed, ACT, and DBT-based approaches, balancing depth with practical support.
I’m often a good fit for people looking for therapy that goes beyond coping skills alone. Therapy is a space to better understand patterns, strengthen self-trust, and move toward more secure, connected ways of living.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy snorkeling, traveling, and unwinding with a good show, and I believe curiosity, play, and rest are part of healing too.
If you're looking for a therapist who understands what it’s like to be thoughtful and capable yet still feel stuck, I’d love to connect.
I am a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, a Limited License Professional Counselor in Michigan, and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Supervised by Jessica Stoler, LPC, CCTP-II.
